- management of the consultation process, analysis of bids and negotiation

Complete mission: positioning strategy for co-living/student use, optimisation of programming to attract the interest of operators, project management assistance for the architectural competition, project management assistance for operator selection, preparation and management of the consultation with analysis of bids and negotiation of the main terms.
